Your mission: 
As Head of Operations your responsibility will be to set a vision for logistics and food team, and develop successful operational strategies and solutions. 

Your tasks:

• Develop, innovate and implement new solutions for logistics and smunch operations
• Understand the vision of the company and set the operations on the right path to achieve that vision
• Delivering customer-focused and efficient logistics
• Managing the supply side to ensure the best products from our food partners by guiding the large Food Partner team
• Analysing and optimising the interface between the logistics and food team between each other and rest of the organisation, including the other markets
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives, manage budgets and forecasts, perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of solutions to the customer and partners and facilitate best practices exchange across departments and geographies 
  
  

Your profile: 

• At least 5 years related experience, preferably supply chain management and logistics
• Ability to manage logistics and quality aspects of supply chains
• Experience in a high growth environment – you are ready to roll your sleeves up! 
• Experience with structuring and managing cross-functional teams
• You are able to recognize the right opportunity and predict success
• You know how to dig deep into data and solve operational issues
• You inspire action and bring a positive mindset of success
• Deep proficiency in designing processes is a must
• You are decisive, energetic, self-motivated go-getter who loves to make things happen
