As Smunch grows new cities are added to our radar, and therefore we arelooking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individual who is inspired to make a difference and enable sustainable expansion.
Your role:
As Head of Expansion you will be responsible for developing an internationalisation strategy to roll-out Smunch across various markets. You will build a team which systemizes the roll-out of the Smunch business model in different markets and puts in place a monitoring system, enabling each of the cities/countries to work with autonomy, while closely aligned with the product value of Smunch and our systems and processes. Moreover this role will include building a strong network and gathering business or market intelligence on selected or emerging markets.
Our ideal candidate is highly operational, entrepreneurial, and analytical, and has launched new products/new markets for a high-growth, venture funded business with the need for on-the-ground business operations. This individual knows how to operationalize new big ideas with bias for action and has a proven ability to build scale high performing and cross-functional teams.
