Your mission: 

  • Communicate & Guide: As Junior Development Manager you will have a key role in getting a new city up and running. You’ll ensure communication of processes and implementation while working closely with internal stakeholders across business (Sales, Operations, etc.)
  • Learn & Optimize: You’ll understand, optimize and streamline internal processes regarding City Expansion 
  • Coordinate & Lead: You’ll organize Inhouse trainings for City teams and performing as central point of contact for all cities and markets
  • Support: You’ll document all processes relevant for city expansion and assist local expansion team from the Head Office

Your profile:

  • Your current career goal is to have an impactful role
  • You are strong communicator with interpersonal skills
  • You are a quick learner with analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational talent and high adaptability for evolving work environment
  • Joggling with many tasks at the same time does not scare you (on the contrary!)
  • You are solution orientated and curious about the differences between markets and their implications
  • Excellent English skills (German is a plus!)
